Job Purpose
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in visualizing effective software solutions driven by customer and market demands. You will leverage your deep functional and technical understanding to advise clients on the most suitable technology solutions, contributing significantly to their business enablement.
Who You Are
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a Business Analysis role, demonstrating a strong user/customer-centric vision and sharp business acumen.
- Proven expertise in creating comprehensive user guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training decks.
- A track record of successfully conducting live training sessions or webinars.
- Ability to effectively support the Product team and end-users with system-related inquiries.
- A proactive approach to gathering feedback and driving continuous improvements.
- Experience in leading the end-to-end implementation of new HR technology platforms, including system setup, data migration, workflow design, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with product configuration, setup, and implementation.
- MBA qualification from a recognized institution.
