Assistant Manager/Manager - Accounts & Finance
Key Accountabilities:
The incumbent will have the responsibility for the accounting operations, MIS, statutory audit, tax audit & FICO implementation. This position will be reporting to the Finance Controller.
Operations: - FICO Implementation and co-ordination
- MIS & Reporting
- Preparation of Financials as per IGAAP and IND AS
- Consolidation of Accounts
- Overall, in-charge of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Finalisation
- One point contact for all audit related work and book closing
- Co-ordination with Accounts team for Audit & Book closing.
Professional Experience/Qualifications - CA with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with good communication and collaboration
- Preferably Big 4 experience in Audit & Assurance
- Preferable with FICO implementation experience
Technical skills: - In depth knowledge of IND AS and Accounting Standards
- Consolidation of Accounts
- Ability to decipher data that aids in operational and business efficiencies will be a must.
