Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospective franchisees through strategic lead generation and networking efforts.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to attract high-quality franchise candidates.
- Responsible for increasing the storefront across the assigned region by engaging with potential clients and driving franchise growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them from the initial inquiry to franchise opening.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to create compelling franchise offerings, including financial models, ROI analysis, and market potential assessments.
- Ensure that franchise offerings align with the company's strategic objectives and growth goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the diagnostics industry.
- Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of market dynamics and provide valuable insights to the executive team.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements in collaboration with legal and executive teams, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide guidance to franchisees during the contract phase and facilitate a smooth transition from agreement to operations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing franchisees to ensure operational excellence, brand consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance and foster a positive, solution-oriented relationship with franchisees.
- Develop and execute effective franchise sales strategies and marketing campaigns to attract potential franchisees.
- Continuously optimize sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive franchise sales growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote franchise opportunities, build brand awareness, and expand the company's network.
- Act as a key spokesperson for the company in franchise-related discussions and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new franchisees.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial models, ROI analysis, and market assessments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events.
