Axis Trustee Services - Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Compliance Officer.

Who is familiar with SEBI (DT, AIF, REIT, InvIT) Regulations.

- Candidate has to ensure discharge of Trustee's responsibilities under the above SEBI Regulations.

- Candidate should be interacting with SEBI officials for submitting responses in current role.

- Candidate should be in the role of compliances to SEBI Regulations in last 5 years with not less than 10 years of total experience.

- Candidate should be graduate/ post graduate in commerce/law /CS/CA/business management.

- "NISM-Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund) Certification Examination" Certificate holder will get preference.
