Job Profile:
The incumbent shall be responsible for leading the Learning & Development (L & D) function and institutionalizing effective training practices within the organization. He/She shall be responsible for conducting senior management discussions around analysis of training needs and creation of organizational Learning Calendar, managing and building programs per departmental requirements and managing the training needs for campus recruits in co-ordination with concerned stakeholders. In addition, he/she shall also be responsible for the training requirements of the top talent group and special focus areas like luxury, technology etc. This role reports to L&D Head and works in close collaboration with the OD team, HRBPs and Development Centre (LDC) team.
General Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the process of analysis of data to shortlist relevant training requirements basis quantum and relevance of requests
- Lead discussions with HODs / HOCs / relevant stakeholders to finalise learning plans
- Partner with LDC for capability building of associates and ensure relevance of programs
- Mainitaining process compliance and L&D governance across functions/regions
- MIS & Reporting - sharing periodic dashboards
- Vendor Management - creating and maintaiing a ready repository of best L&D partners/consultants.
