Position: AVP/DVP - Treasury
The incumbent will be team leader and will be responsible for all treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowing, investments, compliances, reporting, etc. and ensure timely repayment of financial obligations of the organization.
Key Skill:
- Should have strong relationships with Mutual Funds/Banks/Wealth Houses/Corporates/ Family Offices/ Arrangers to raise funds for the company.
- Should understand various regulations affecting NBFCs.
- Should preferably have experience of dealing with regulators like RBI on issues like compliance with operating guidelines on business, filing of reports on periodical basis, attending inspections by RBI officials et al.
- Should have the experience and ability to communicate and interact with executives of various banks and strong external & internal stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team handling skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of liquidity risk, interest rate risk and market risk.: Devising borrowing strategies to optimise cost of borrowing.
- Debt & Borrowing Management: Raising funds through various debt products viz, commercial papers, bank borrowings, debentures and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- LCR management: HQLA buying and monitoring from time to time.
- Rating & Surveillance Management: Managing rating agencies with end-to-end surveillance exercise.
- Relationship management: Managing investor/ lender relationship.
- LCR: LCR preparation and reporting
- Quarterly information to Banks: Submission of quarterly data to Banks incl. Asset cover statement etc.
- Audit & Internal Controls: Review data provided to statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other internal teams to support audit processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support treasury-related needs.
Qualifications:
- CA /MBA Finance from a reputed university
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in treasury management role of a NBFC Treasury
