Job Opportunity: AVP/DVP - Human Resources (Women Candidates Only) | Leading Real Estate Company | Mumbai

Talent Syndicate is hiring for a AVP/DVP - Human Resources position with a leading real estate company based in Mumbai. We are seeking dynamic and experienced women HR professionals to join a fast-growing and progressive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a strategic HR business partner, collaborating closely with senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Drive and implement organization-wide HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture, engagement, and productivity.

- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.

- Develop and execute HR strategies to support business goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Lead and oversee employee relations, compliance, and HR policies while fostering a positive work environment.

- Implement best practices in HR processes, ensuring continuous improvements and industry benchmarks are met.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive change management, organizational design, and talent development programs.

Who We're Looking For:

- Education: Postgraduate from a Tier 1 MBA institute (preferably 2012-2014 batch).

- Experience: Proven track record in HR business partnering, working closely with senior stakeholders.

- Skills & Expertise:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in executing large-scale HR transformation initiatives.

- Ability to manage HR functions in a mid-sized organization efficiently.

- Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
