Description:
- Design, implement and manage salary structure and benefits packages.
- Analyze compensation policies for internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.
- Coordinate annual compensation processes like the salary review and bonus cycle.
- Work closely with HR and Finance departments to forecast budget for salary increases.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention.
- Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.
Profile:
A successful AVP - Compensation & Benefits should have:
- An advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits for a large organisation.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and compensation cycle management.
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great problem-solving capacity.
