About the Role:
- We're looking for a passionate Manager, Organic Growth & SEO to drive Aviso's organic search performance and maximize inbound demand.
- This role is critical to the success of the demand generation and marketing teams within Aviso.
- The ideal candidate will lead SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to enhance search visibility, optimize for AI-driven search experiences, and drive sustainable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Aviso's SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy to drive sustainable organic growth and maximize demand generation.
- Implement advanced Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) techniques to enhance search visibility in AI-driven search engines, featured snippets, and knowledge panels.
- Own technical SEO, including site audits, Core Web Vitals optimization, page speed enhancements, and JavaScript SEO for better indexability.
- Lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts to ensure visibility in AI-generated search results and conversational search experiences.
- Conduct keyword research, entity-based SEO optimization, and search intent analysis to inform content and growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to define and execute a scalable SEO driven content strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
- Work with the web development team to maintain an optimal site architecture and improve crawlability, indexation, and internal linking structures.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI-driven search experiences (e. , Google SGE), and emerging SEO trends to drive continuous innovation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic traffic, lead conversions, and SEO-driven revenue impact, ensuring SEO efforts contribute to the pipeline.
- Develop a scalable backlink acquisition strategy, leveraging partnerships, digital PR, and high-quality link-building tactics.
Requirements.
- 5-6 years of experience in SEO, AEO, and organic growth within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in Google Search, AI-driven search experiences, featured snippets, and entity-based SEO.
- Proven experience in implementing technical SEO best practices, including structured data, schema markup, Core Web Vitals.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Data Studio.
- Experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), optimizing for AI-generated search results, chatbot-driven search, and multimodal search queries.
