Territory Sales Manager.

Location: Bangalore.

Geography: APAC/ Europe.

Work mode: Onsite (Work from office).

Demonstration of work experience (preferable):

- Should have experience of 5 to7 years working in software sales selling into large enterprises in Asia Markets.

- Preferably should have practical or theoretical knowledge of software services/products preferably for ERP (SAP ECC / S/4 HANA), RPA, AI Chatbot, ECM, shared service automation etc.

- Preferred to have a high-level understanding of functional processes - preferably in the Sourcing and Procurement space.

- Should have preferably interacted and built strong relationships with mid to senior levels in customer organizations including CIO's / CDO's/ CFO's / CXO's etc.

- Should have met or exceeded sales quotas consistently (ideally at least USD 1 ml quota) and have executed average deal sizes of at least USD 100k per deal value.

Responsibilities include:

- Acquiring new logos/hunting for sales.

- Accelerating cycle time to closing deals.

- Mapping key stakeholders in these accounts and building strong relationships with them.

- Meet quarterly sales quotas.

- Ensuring deeper penetration of Avaali's offerings into these accounts.

- Working with target accounts/territories to deliver customer references.

Skills required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Attention to details.

- Deep analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Can present a convincing point of view to the respective stakeholder and achieve outcomes.

- Comfortable in working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

- Effectively use tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), PPM, and required templates to create and manage project deliverables.

- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as RPA, AI chatbot, shared service automation etc.

- High on energy and focus to achieve outcomes.
