Who Are We Looking For?

- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AR/VR projects tailored for enterprise use-cases.

- In this leadership role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and quality-driven project completion.

- You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, driving alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

- Your ability to balance technical understanding, team management, and customer expectations will be critical in delivering impactful immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-schedule and within-budget delivery.

- Lead daily stand-ups and debrief sessions to track progress, resolve blockers, and align teams on objectives.

- Manage project tools (e. , Jira, Zoho, Notion) to ensure accurate and up-to-date task tracking and reporting.

Team Coordination:

- Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to maintain seamless communication.

- Schedule and facilitate sprint reviews, cross-functional team meetings, and feedback sessions.

- Ensure optimal resource allocation by collaborating with department leads across design, development, and QA teams.

Risk and Quality Management.

- Identify potential risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate challenges to stakeholders.

- Ensure deliverables meet company standards and client expectations, conducting regular quality checks.

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement opportunities for processes and methodologies.

Documentation and Reporting.

- Maintain organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs.

- Provide comprehensive weekly updates to leadership on project milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Leadership and Strategy.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.

- Motivate and guide teams to achieve performance excellence and maintain high morale.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the AR/VR or technology domain.

- Proven expertise with project management tools (e. , Jira, Zoho, Notion, Excel).

Skills:

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in handling cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.
