Auditor - Compliance

JOB ROLE:

1. Auditing the manufacturing facilities in terms of ethical and Technical aspect.

2. Follow up on the Corrective Action Plans. Develop the facility according to the land of law.

3. Report Supervisor on each CAP update, consult wherever is required, conduct online meeting with SA management.

4. Maintain Monthly tracker, share audit schedules in advance.

5. Oversee ethical reports SMETA/BSCI, Technical and or Quality reports and in addition to ensure relevant portals has the update of the Nonconformity issues as and when it is applicable.

SKILLS:

- Must possess good communication skills. Effective communication is important when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

- Able to offer comprehensive feedback.

- Technical capability to conduct Ethical, Technical, Safety and Supply chain security audits, as per customer's requirements.

- Must be able to work towards deadlines and understand critical path

QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA or equivalent education from a reputed institute minimum 5-7 years of experience in handling customers with stringent compliance requirement such as Primark, Kroger , Giant Tiger etc. Preferable having experience on auditing the HOME factories.

EXPERIENCE:

05-07 years' experience in handling both ethical and technical compliances.
