Job Summary:
Adobe Audience Manager, Real Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Workspace, JavaScript, JQuery, strategic thinking
Key Responsibilities:
- Define audience strategy, an analytics framework, and a roadmap to reach identified KPIs within the Technology stack (including, DMP, Analytics, DSP, Target etc.).
- Familiarity with offline data environments (i.e. CRM systems, email platforms, data lakes)
- Become the key resource for DMP segmentation
- Analyse integrated audience data and information to identify insights that support business decision and initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of a cross-device segmentation strategy to establish a large pool of UID profiles for universal frequency capping;
- Understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud including Analytics, Target, Ad Cloud and their relationship with customer data.
- Capable of mapping out complex solutions in easy-to-understand formats for business leaders and non-technical marketers to grasp
- Ensure data and naming convention integrity across all media and marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery, JSON setup.
- Knowledge of query language preferably SQL.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to talk to and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong service orientation, with a proven track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Familiar with other CDP solution and DMP competitors. Especially the strengths and weaknesses of each competitive solution.
- Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, ecommerce etc.
- Understanding or knowledge on Data regulations & consent based marketing like GDPR, CCPA
- Data Modelling and Statistic Analytics skills
- Collect, organize and analyse large data sets and use BI methodologies to transform them into meaningful dashboards for the client
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a CDP/DMP tools.
- Hands on Adobe Audience Manager, Real Time CDP tool experience.
- Good understanding of Web Analytics and ability to leverage clickstream data into DMP and set up segments around that.
Education: B.E., B. Tech, BCA, MCA or Similar qualification in Computer Science
