National Manager Cross Sell - Assets
Job Responsibility:
- To drive & manage the Cross of Retail Assets & Commercial Banking Product through Branch Banking leadership Team in collaboration with Retail and Commercial Banking business leaders (Sales, Credit and Technical).
- It's a P&L responsibility and will be responsible to Ideated & executed 'Assets Cross Sell Matrix Strategy' at Bank level.
- Working with internal stakeholders to activate campaigns through supporting event deliverables, content and messaging and deploying accordingly.
- Devising the cross-sell strategy and plan (including financials, scale) for the digital lending business.
- Understanding user insights and need for cross-sell.
- Drawing up the cross-sell blueprint for the business with cross-functional alignment and seeking requisite approvals, sign offs for launch. Working with tech and other teams to drive implementation.
- Tracking additional revenue through cross sell and driving it further.
- Working with the product managers to build product-wise cross sell propositions and specific modules.
- Micro Business Laon / Home Loan / New & Used Car or Commercial vehicle loan / Business & Agri Banking Business Loan will be the part of the Cross-sell matrix.
- Organize and drive the Cross Lead to conversion through employees to increase the product Per Customer (PPC), Branch Revenue & distribution Management (Building profitability/revenue management).
Qualifications:
- Around 10 -15 years of strong marketing experience in Consumer banking and lending.
- Ability to work with data and cull out insights relevant for upsell, cross, top up.
- Detailed understanding of retail banking products and services.
- Leadership, agency management and collaborative skills.
- MBA in General Administration or marketing with advance hands on - experience on Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
