Job Description:
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and long-term organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, events, etc.).
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and DEI initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Management teams to align recruitment with employee development and retention strategies.
