Job Description
As the GTM Strategy & Ops Manager, you will be at the heart of our customer facing functions owning and executing initiatives that accelerate revenue growth.
Each of these projects can span 6-12 months and will require ownership of outcomes and managing people.
First project would be to develop and scale a top-of-funnel outbound sales engine.
As part of this, you will play a critical role in designing outreach strategies, managing team performance, and driving qualified pipeline growth.
This role is instrumental in expanding our footprint across the US and Canadian markets, specifically targeting construction contractors.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of major GTM initiatives, taking full ownership from strategy development through implementation and results measurement
- 0-1: Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, market expansions, channels, and customer segments
- Process Optimization & Scaling: Design and implement scalable GTM processes that can accommodate rapid team and revenue growth.
- Continuously iterate based on data insights and market feedback
- Analytics: Design and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks to track relevant revenue metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on performance, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage and coordinate resources (5-10 member teams) across functions to execute complex, multi-quarter initiatives
Requirements For The Role
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM / revenue operations / strategy roles.
- Experience in founders office, strategy consulting, or VC-backed tech startups.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; highly data-driven.
- Structured communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, bias for action, and a hustle mindset.
