Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish clear measurement frameworks.

- Create and manage budget allocations for various performance marketing channels.

- Forecast campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

- Manage and optimize paid search (SEM), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. ), display, programmatic, and affiliate marketing campaigns.

- Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance.

- Analyze campaign data using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to identify trends and optimize performance.

- Develop and manage landing page optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.

- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage users.

- Manage App install campaigns, and App re-engagement campaigns.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

- Track and analyze key metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.

- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

- Perform cohort analysis, and funnel analysis.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.

- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

- Mentor and guide junior team members.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Budget Management:

- Responsible for the efficient allocation, and monitoring of large marketing budgets.

- Provide reporting on budget spend, and campaign performance.

- Forecast future budget needs based on current performance and growth goals.

Ad Tech & Tools:

- Proficient in the use of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and ad tech platforms.

- Experience with attribution modeling and tracking solutions.

- Familiarity with data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs).

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant growth.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective best practices.

- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.

- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.

- Experience with app marketing is a strong plus.

- Experience in E-commerce or SaaS industry is a plus.

- Experience with SQL, or other database querying languages is a plus.
