About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic thinker to join our Growth team as a Manager/ Senior manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in Management Consulting and will play a pivotal role in driving new incubations such as influencer management services, virtual EAs, and AI-enabled services. This role also involves supporting M&A initiatives as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Growth Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for new incubations such as influencer management services, virtual EAs ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- AI-enabled Services: Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance our current services and business operations.

- M&A Support: Assist in evaluating potential M&A opportunities, conducting due diligence, and integrating acquired businesses into the existing structure.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and competitive landscape insights.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to drive growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a Management Consulting role (preferably in a tier 1 firm).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
