Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Develop, launch, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across various channels (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Implement and manage bid strategies, keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Manage and optimize Google Shopping campaigns, including product feed management.
- Manage and optimize Youtube advertising campaigns.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools to identify trends and insights.
- Generate regular performance reports, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Provide in depth analysis of search term reports, and negative keyword implementation.
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement Google Ads strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Google Ads campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features and best practices.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team, including content creators, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to management and other relevant parties.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members, as needed.
- Clearly communicate with team members through written and verbal methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving significant ROI through Google Ads.
- Expertise in Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
- Experience with bid management tools and strategies.
- Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center and product feed management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with negative keyword implementation.
- Experience with search term reports.
- Ability to work night shift hours (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST).
- Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., social media ads).
