Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search (SEM), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), display advertising, affiliate marketing, and app install campaigns.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.), and provide regular reports and insights.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to track and analyze campaign performance and identify trends.
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and drive business growth.
Platform Management & Optimization:
- Manage and optimize campaigns within various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates and best practices.
- Implement bid management strategies and optimize targeting parameters to improve campaign efficiency.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure campaign alignment.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Work with external agencies and partners as needed.
- Work with the creative team to produce effective ad creatives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to gain a competitive advantage.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Experience in ecommerce is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
