WHAT YOU'LL DO AT ATHER:
- You will lead a team of Talent Partners, partnering with the R&D verticals in building people strategy, to enable outcomes of 1) culture building 2) OKR achievement.
- Work with stakeholders in product ownership & management, product development & validation, to understand roadmap and business needs, and generate near-term people-focussed solutions, and create longer-term strategies, with a focus on retention of critical members.
- Inculcate a performance-driven culture, drive the performance management program & facilitate continuous performance enhancement.
- Leverage the CoCs (Centers of Competence) within the POPS department, to develop and implement customized programs which enable OKR achievement for the departments you support.
- Work with stakeholders to predict, plan and manage headcount, including identifying dependencies, potential risk scenarios, and options to mitigate.
- Own and manage overall people cost AOP.
- Build, support and execute frameworks to prevent and resolve employee-relations issues and address grievances of team members, including labor workforce.
- Actively participate as a strategic leader and member of the POPS senior leadership team, and influence senior leadership regarding key business decisions, keeping in mind HR strategies available within the organization.
- Provide guidance and inputs on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and other strategic HR interventions.
- Be an expert in labor laws, with experience or knowledge to lead collective bargaining initiatives.
- Understand and anticipate the need for change, and lead change management initiatives that are deep-rooted in Athers TAAS collective.
- Along with direct oversight and accountability for the TP function, enable team members towards driving a work environment aligned with Ather values, and providing the best working experience for them.

- Great written and verbal communication skills.
YOU'LL BRING TO ATHER:
- A Masters in HR, preference for Tier 1/2 institutes.
- Work experience of 15-20 years in the HR function, demonstrating a predominant background in HR business partnering.
