Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy and Development:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business strategy by providing operational insights and recommendations.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across various business functions.

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Daily Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

- Coordinate and collaborate with different business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support) to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Manage and optimize resource allocation (human, financial, and technological) to maximize productivity.

Performance Management and Process Improvement:

- Develop and uphold business standards related to accuracy, productivity, and reliability across various operational processes.

- Conduct regular performance reviews of existing processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.

- Implement and manage change initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Analyze operational data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal standards.

- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure operational integrity.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes relevant to business operations.

Budget Management:

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and manage the operational budget, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in operational activities.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across different teams.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization regarding operational updates, challenges, and initiatives.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure seamless operations.

Technology and Systems Management:

- Identify and evaluate technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Oversee the implementation and management of relevant operational systems and tools.

- Ensure data integrity and security within operational systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.


Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Business Operations Manager role or similar operational leadership position.

- Demonstrated experience in team management or leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and processes.

Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Comfort and capability in collaborating effectively with various business units and stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.


- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
