We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Brands, Marketing & Digital Strategy to lead our marketing, branding, and performance marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing branding initiatives, driving digital performance marketing, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding:

- Develop and execute ATL & BTL branding strategies to enhance brand visibility.

- Conduct market research to analyze customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.

- Manage and optimize product positioning, brand marketing, and media activation across multiple platforms.

- Collaborate with sports leagues, media houses, and external agencies to execute high-impact brand campaigns.

- Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative branding campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital promotions.

- Drive event planning and execution, including trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship activations.

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients to drive revenue growth.

- Conduct market audits and gather market intelligence to refine marketing and sales approaches.

- Develop strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion optimization.

Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing:

- Develop and oversee data-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email, and Influencer Marketing).

- Manage multi-million rupee digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimized ROI and reduced cost per acquisition (CPA).

- Execute high-performing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.

- Leverage AI-driven analytics for predictive insights and targeted digital advertising.

- Optimize landing pages, content marketing, and lead nurturing funnels to maximize conversion rates (CRO).

- Oversee programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and geo-targeted campaigns to drive regional growth.

Key Skills Required:

- Marketing & Branding - Product positioning, brand campaigns, ATL/BTL strategies.

- Performance Marketing - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, PPC.

- Sales & Business Development - Lead generation, channel management, customer acquisition.

- Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Data-driven insights, consumer trends, and competitor benchmarking.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Working with product, sales, and technical teams for campaign success.

- AI & Analytics - Predictive analytics, marketing automation, campaign optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field (Preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and digital performance marketing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.

- Proven track record in branding, campaign execution, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.

- Experience managing large-scale digital advertising budgets (- 50M+ annually).

- Strong expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Ahrefs.
