Position Title: AVP_Change Manager (P&C Domain)

Location: Gurugram

What you'll be doing:

- Act as a single point of person for client for project / program success

- Develop and implement change management strategies to support operational / IT change

- Coordinate change management activities across various departments to ensure alignment and smooth change adoption

- Conduct impact analysis to assess the effects of changes on business operations and identify key stakeholders.

- Create and deliver training programs to prepare employees for changes.

- Monitor and evaluate the success of changes, using metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

- Identify and manage risks associated with changes to minimize potential negative impacts.

- Ability to landscape business / customer needs to an execution plan.

- Support communication efforts by designing, developing, and managing key communications related to changes.

- Facilitate post-implementation reviews to ensure changes are successfully integrated and to identify areas for improvement

- Proven ability to manage IT Change management initiatives for Execution, adoptions

- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is must.

- Identify and implement improvement projects impacting people, process, and tools across different capabilities.

- Ability to work with various Business, IT / Tech & support groups to drive the project.

- Proven capability to handle complex project implementation within stipulated time.

- Ability to nurture client relationship to managed project delivery.

- Engaging with teams at company and client to understand current state and desired future state of their processes/businesses to be able to contribute to carving out long-term strategic initiatives.

- Develop and maintain an exhaustive project plan for assigned projects.

- Find critical path and define project success criteria for assigned projects.

- Liaising with various stakeholders and process owners to ensure proactive and smooth flow of communication.

- Ability to manage various internal / external conflict to manage on time & quality Project delivery.

- Leading weekly project review calls with both internal and external stakeholder

- Preparing / report project status periodically

- Ability to provide thought leadership in managing unique challenges pertaining to People, process & Tool.

- Ability to manage conflict within team or external stakeholders to ensure that project / Program are deliver as per business / customer expectation

What you'll bring to the team:

- Should have an overall experience of more than 15 years and insurance industry experience of more than 5 years.

- Experience in handling multiple projects and driving large change management

- Experience in handling team of project managers

- Ability to identify risks, develop, execute mitigation plan, and drive completion.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of business operations

- Agile Scrum/PMP Certification/ Prince 2 (one of them)

Preferred Skills:

- Insurance Certification (e.g., CII or INS/CPCU)

- Lean / Six sigma trained or certified (preferred)

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Visio, MS Word
