About our Client :


- Our Client is a global specialty finance company with operations and investments across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.


- Through its subsidiaries around the globe, Encore purchases or services portfolios of receivables from major banks, credit unions and utility providers.

Purpose:

- The AVP Talent Acquisition is responsible for the management of the recruitment process, including developing sourcing strategies, interviewing and hiring for candidates up through the Vice President level.


- This position works to continuously improve all aspects of the recruiting process and interacts extensively with the management staff to meet the needs of the business.


- The position is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and cost effective while meeting established criteria with respect to cost per hire and time to fill.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assists the functional leader in planning and budgeting for the human resource needs for the organization.

- Develops and executes recruitment strategies to ensure high quality hires within cost per hire and time to hire targets

- Suggests process improvements in the existing recruitment and selection process

- Develops appropriate reporting strategies and metrics, assesses trends and take appropriate action to improve performance including but not limited to source mix, offer to join ratio etc.

- Manages all external vendors, negotiates contracts and ensures quality of service delivery.

- Ensures consistent candidate experience & adheres to the branding guidelines of the company.

- Management of direct reports (reporting to the role)

Required Skills, Education & Experience:


- Bachelor's degree, Specialization in Human Resources or Sales preferred.

- Minimum 12+ years recruiting experience in a fast paced environment

- Financial service experience preferred

- Preferred Certification: PHR, SPHR, HR certification from an accredited university, Lominger tools

- Experience with Applicant Tracking System preferred

- Excellent Oral and Verbal Communication Skills
