Associate Vice President - Supply Chain & Production Planning

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies like increasing the vendor base at all plant locations, innating SLA's and contracting to optimize cost, quality, and lead times

- Explore opportunities to supplying material through rail root (rakes)

- Develop and implement initiatives to achieve 100% internal and external customer satisfaction

- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards

- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement production planning and control processes

- Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital and minimize stockouts

- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and trade agreements

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams

- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and standards

- Manage the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems to optimize supply chain processes

- Develop and manage supply chain budgets and forecasts

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digitization of supply chain processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new supply chain solutions

- Manage and coach supply chain team members to develop their technical and behavioral competencies
