Join one of the leading GCCs as an AVP - Sourcing (Commodity) and play a crucial role in executing sourcing strategies, ensuring supplier compliance, and driving cost-saving initiatives across global markets (US & Asia).

Location: Remote

Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Role Overview:

As an AVP - Sourcing, you will oversee the end-to-end sourcing process, collaborate with business and sourcing leaders, and mitigate supplier and business risks. This role requires expertise in category strategy development, supplier compliance, and global supply markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans aligned with business needs.

- Provide expertise in global supply markets (US & Asia) while ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Drive cost-saving initiatives and supplier rationalization strategies.

- Partner with legal and business stakeholders to negotiate and review contractual terms.

- Conduct RFIs/RFPs, market research, supplier qualification, and competitive analysis.

- Leverage Source-to-Pay and e-Auction tools to drive supplier competition and optimize costs.

- Implement sourcing strategies across key categories: Technology, Marketing, Contingent Labor, and Facilities.

- Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputational requirements.

- Monitor sourcing performance metrics and prepare reports for executive management using PowerPoint & Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or supplier risk management.

- Strong expertise in sourcing, category management, contract negotiations, supplier management, and logistics.

- Ability to work in US time zones and collaborate in a global environment.
