This is an leadership role , need to handle all gamuts of HR
Should be having good leadership skills and recruitment, employee relation , strategy experience.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The overall management and development of all HR aspects for the company, including:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Learning and Development
- Talent Management
- Management of the HR department
- Writing and delivery of the HR strategy
- Compensation and Benefits positioning
- Employee Relations
- Oversee the entire HR function within the organization.
- Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Manage talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.
- Ensure smooth functioning and development of the HR department.
- Drive compensation and benefits positioning to attract and retain employees.
- Foster a positive employee relations environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 - 15 years in HR, preferably in a Drug Discovery or CRO company.
- Leadership Skills: Strong strategic mindset, ability to lead teams and implement HR best practices.
- Recruitment & Talent Management: Expertise in attracting, retaining, and managing talent.
- Employee Relations: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and conflict resolution.
- Compensation & Benefits: Experience in designing competitive salary structures and benefits.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to create and execute long-term HR strategies.
