The AVP - Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategy, revenue growth, and customer acquisition within the assigned zone. The role requires leadership in managing sales teams, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. Candidates from B2C industries, including Banking, NBFCs, and Telecom, with a strong track record in retail sales and distribution, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the assigned zone.

2) Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring productivity and motivation.

3) Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel sales strategies.

4) Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive B2C sales with a strong focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

5) Target Achievement: Ensure sales targets are met through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.

6) Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, corporate clients, and internal teams.

7) Data-Driven Approach: Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and performance analytics to drive decision-making.

8) Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in B2C industries (Banking, NBFCs, or Telecom preferred).

- Education: MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute preferred.

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing large sales teams and driving performance.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products, lending solutions, or telecom-based financial services.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiation skills.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and digital sales platforms.
