What We Are Looking For:
- We seek a dynamic and results-driven AVP/VP/Delivery Head with deep expertise in the staffing and recruitment ecosystem, particularly in managing large-scale client accounts and leading high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership in staffing/recruitment with a strong focus on P&L management and revenue growth.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts in IT, Analytics, RPO, Non-IT, US Hiring, Middle East Hiring, or Executive Search.
- A sharp, strategic mindset with the ability to drive business expansion while optimizing operational efficiency.
- Expertise in Permanent Staffing or C2H, with a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- A growth-oriented approach, with full autonomy to lead, mentor, and scale a high-impact team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & P&L Ownership:
- Drive revenue growth by managing large accounts (- 80L-1Cr+ annually) while ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
Client & Delivery Leadership:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring seamless candidate and client experiences.
- Strengthen client relationships and expand business opportunities.
Team Empowerment:
- Lead and mentor a 15+ member recruitment team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance-driven results.
Strategic Expansion:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.
Process Optimization:
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment workflows, improve efficiency, and exceed hiring targets.
