Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Min 21+ years of experience in US healthcare specific to RCM or Medical coding with atleast 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in managing operations, with a proven track record of managing large teams and complex P&L responsibilities.
- Prior experience in managing large projects on HCC coding is required.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, revenue cycle management, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and driving results.
