Role Overview
We're looking for a senior HR professional who can champion strategic and operational initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, and Compliance.
This leadership position requires a dynamic approach to process enhancement and a sharp focus on aligning people strategy with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, exits, and engagement.
- Build scalable hiring strategies and refine recruitment systems for efficiency.
- Overhaul and optimize HR processes using digital tools and platforms.
- Spearhead performance review cycles and support leaders with actionable workforce metrics.
- Ensure accurate payroll execution and compliance with statutory norms.
- Develop talent programs focused on growth, leadership, and culture-building.
- Deliver business-focused HR analytics and reports to support decisions.
- Guide cross-functional HR team across operations, recruitment, performance, and legal frameworks.
Core Experience & Skills
- 12+ years in Human Resources with recent exposure to senior Generalist/HRBP roles within BFSI/Fintech.
- Hands-on management of HR tech platforms (onboarding to benefits) and transformation initiatives.
- Led performance management initiatives across at least two full cycles.
- Familiarity with compliance protocols and HR audit procedures.
- Prior team leadership across HR verticals (TA, Ops, PMS, Compliance).
- Proficient in advanced Excel and familiar with enterprise-grade HR software.
- Solid track record in mid-to-large organizations with structured HR frameworks.
Education Requirement
A full-time Master's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or comparable domain.
