- Drive innovation in digital learning using AI, automation & analytics

What We're Looking For:

- 15+ years of experience in learning & quality leadership, preferably in BFSI/Fintech

- Strong expertise in CX management, compliance, digital learning, and process improvement

- Proven success in leading global teams & stakeholder engagement

- Hands-on experience with AI-driven learning, analytics, and automation

- Exceptional communication & leadership skills to drive transformation
