We're Hiring: AVP, Analytics - B2B Marketing Measurement & Insights (Remote, GCC)
Are you a data-driven leader passionate about B2B marketing analytics? We are looking for an AVP, Analytics - B2B Marketing Measurement & Insights to join a leading Global Capability Center (GCC) in a fully remote capacity.
Role Overview:
As an AVP, Analytics, you will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of a cutting-edge B2B campaign measurement tool, ensuring data-driven insights enhance marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage large-scale data analytics projects, and drive adoption across business and analytics users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Analytics Roadmap: Define a structured, time-bound roadmap for B2B marketing measurement with clear milestones and long-term goals.
- Lead B2B Campaign Measurement Tool Development: Partner with analytics teams to design, build, and enhance B2B campaign measurement KPIs, upgrading dashboards and improving data ingestion processes.
- Own the Measurement & Reporting Tool: Oversee daily data ingestion, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operation of the B2B Marketing Analytics platform.
- Enhance Adoption & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and analytics teams to gather feedback and enhance the tool's usability.
- Drive Data-Backed Insights: Align campaign measurement strategies at the platform and enterprise level to provide actionable marketing insights.
- Hands-On Data Analytics Leadership: Be fully hands-on with SAS, SQL, Tableau, and project management tools to lead analytics initiatives and optimize reporting frameworks.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 6-12 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on B2B marketing measurement.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAS, SQL, Tableau with expertise in handling large datasets.
- 3+ years of experience in data visualization using Tableau and similar tools.
- 3+ years in project management, with a proven ability to define and optimize delivery models in an agile environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities.
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST
