Role Overview
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will drive end-to-end campus recruitment for technology roles, partnering with top engineering institutions to attract the best talent. You'll work closely with business leaders, manage campus engagement initiatives, and deliver a strong pipeline of next-generation talent for our fast-paced FinTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute campus hiring strategies for technology roles across business units.
- Build strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineering colleges.
- Plan and manage on-campus/off-campus recruitment activities such as presentations, hackathons, networking sessions, and interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and selection processes.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice among students.
- Manage applicant tracking, maintain accurate candidate data, and report hiring metrics.
- Ensure an engaging and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's / MBA degree, preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.
- 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in campus hiring.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a high-growth, agile environment.
- Passion for technology and interest in the FinTech ecosystem is a plus.
