Associate/Senior Associate - Capital Markets - LLB

A well-established law firm is seeking Associates and Senior Associates to join its Capital Markets practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, bond issuances, and regulatory compliance with a highly experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on equity and debt capital market transactions, including IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and private placements

- Drafting and reviewing offer documents, DRHPs, prospectuses, and listing agreements

- Handling SEBI, RBI, stock exchange, and other regulatory compliance matters

- Conducting due diligence and risk assessments for capital market transactions

- Assisting with corporate governance, listing regulations, and securities law advisory

- Coordinating with investment bankers, regulators, and corporate clients

Requirements:

- LLB is mandatory

- 2-6 years of experience in Capital Markets from a law firm background (Candidates from in-house roles, consulting firms, or other backgrounds will not be considered)

- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, FEMA, and listing norms

- Experience in drafting and filing regulatory documents

- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
