Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct title due diligence and draft title reports.

- Advise clients on land acquisition, leasing, and financing matters.

- Draft and review transaction documents, agreements, and contracts related to real estate.

- Work on regulatory compliance, including RERA and environmental laws.

- Assist in negotiations and deal structuring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex transactions.

Key Requirements:

- 2- 8 years of experience in real estate law at a reputed law firm or corporate legal team.

- Strong knowledge of land laws, title due diligence, RERA, and regulatory frameworks.

- Experience in drafting and negotiating real estate agreements.

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
