About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR & Events Manager to lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-impact brand activations and store launch events across key markets. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of media relations, brand storytelling, and experiential marketingcrafted for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and brings a deep understanding of the fashion, lifestyle, and luxury landscape.

You will be responsible for delivering elevated event experiences that drive media visibility, influencer engagement, and brand love. From forging strong media and influencer relationships to ensuring flawless on-ground execution, you will be the face and force behind our most memorable brand moments.


Key Responsibilities


- End-to-End Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of flagship store openings, regional activations, and curated brand experiences that resonate with key audiences and align with brand vision.


- Strategic PR Execution: Collaborate with local PR agencies, journalists, editors, and influencer networks to generate high-impact press coverage, organic buzz, and digital engagement.

- Content Oversight: Oversee the production of premium event contentphotography, videography, and narrative-driven assets that bring the brand story to life across all channels.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing, retail operations, and creative teams to ensure brand integrity, guest experience excellence, and operational seamlessness at every touchpoint.

- Influencer & Media Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with top-tier media, lifestyle editors, and high-impact influencers to strengthen brand positioning and advocacy.

- Digital Amplification: Partner with the social and content teams to maximize visibility of event and PR moments across owned, earned, and paid platforms.

- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor media performance, track key PR KPIs, compile post-event reports, and analyze campaign effectiveness for future optimization.

- Calendar Management: Maintain a proactive events calendar and ensure timely planning, budgeting, and execution across markets.

- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all messaging, touchpoints, and visual expressions adhere to brand guidelines and tonality.


Ideal Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of experience in public relations, brand communications, or eventspreferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.

- Proven track record of executing large-scale, brand-defining events with a strong aesthetic and storytelling sensibility.

- Deep network of media and influencer contacts across key metros; agency management experience is a plus.

- Strong creative acumen with the ability to work cross-functionally on content development and brand storytelling.

- Exceptionally organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, manage budgets, and meet tight timelines.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for store launches and brand events.
