- Your role will be an exciting mix of facilitating exclusive secondments, non-exclusive consultancies, and full-time roles for our integrated solution offerings.
- At a given time, you could be simultaneously leading mandates to: build a team for a multinational's India-based Legal Global Capability Centre; find a Data Protection Consultant for a domestic fintech; and facilitate a Litigation Counsel secondment for a consumer goods major.
- This is a high-touch role that will involve relationship-building with both clients and candidates.
- There is a distinct Business Development element to this role- you will be responsible to generate leads and take them to closure.
If you have -
- 3 to 6 years of search and recruitment experience in a corporate or consulting environment or combination of corporate and retained executive search
- Some experience in lead generation, business development and/or sales. The ideal candidate for this role will have a blend of the qualities seen in successful professionals in Human Resources (proactive, people touch) and Sales (resilience, go-getter attitude)
- Result-orientation-we're looking for someone who's committed to closing open mandates and hungry to take on new ones without compromising on quality and client service
- High learnability-we're a growing organisation in a nascent space with high scope for scaling, so it's likely that you (and we!) will be doing pioneering things that have no precise precedent or reference
