About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build new product flows for Fixed Deposits and Card products, solving for user needs and new use cases.
- Analyze data to identify drop-offs and propose actionable solutions.
- Monitor product performance and derive data-driven insights.
- Set up alerts and tracking systems to monitor key metrics and address issues proactively.
- Define and streamline processes for feature development and delivery,collaborating with Tech, QA, and Design teams.
- Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate changes and improve KPIs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align product features with business goals.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management.
- MBA and/or Engineering graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in user journey design for web, app, or PWA.
- Comfortable with Wireframing, BRD, PRD, and feature detailing.
- High ownership mindset and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience with experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
