Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop exceptional products.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: from research and competitive analysis to planning, requirements development, project management, and launch.
- Develop product roadmaps, build business cases, pitch ideas, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead and mentor associate product managers.
- Monitor product adoption, funnel conversions, and A/B tests, optimizing to meet business objectives.
- Drive process improvements within the product management team.
Core Competencies and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in product management.
- Experience with banking products and travel industry (especially flight bookings and operations).
- Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on execution.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of handling executive discussions and technical deep dives.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and find solutions to complex problems.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in primary and secondary market/user research (interviews, surveys, data analysis).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and synthesis.
- Ability to quickly gain deep product, technology, and business knowledge.
- Adaptable in learning and applying new frameworks and models in product development.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering or MBA from a premier institute.
