Job Overview:

The Associate Manager - Finance will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance (SEBI, ROC, RBI), budgeting, audits, and daily finance operations. This role requires a CA with 2-5 years of experience and strong knowledge of IND AS and regulatory frameworks.

Job Objective:

To ensure accurate financial reporting, timely statutory compliance, efficient budgeting, and smooth audit processes while supporting the company's overall financial health and decision-making.

Must-Have Skills:

- CA qualified

- Strong knowledge of IND AS

- Experience in MIS, budgeting & variance analysis

- Familiar with SEBI, ROC & RBI compliances

- Audit & due diligence handling

- Excellent communication & analytical skills

Experience:

- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Proven expertise in financial reporting, SEBI/ROC/RBI compliance, and MIS reporting

- Hands-on experience in managing statutory and internal audits, due diligence, and budget forecasting

- Prior experience in working with external consultants, leadership teams, and investor relations is preferred

- Experience in a corporate finance, audit, or compliance role within a mid-to-large size organization is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare monthly/quarterly financials, MIS, and board dashboards.

Compliance:

- Ensure timely SEBI, ROC, and RBI filings; coordinate with consultants.

Budgeting & Funds:

- Forecast cash flows, track budgets, and report variances to management.

Finance Operations:

- Oversee daily finance tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate book closures.

Audits & Due Diligence:

- Lead internal/statutory audits and manage investor due diligence processes.
