Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and report project hazards to the Manager / Site In-charge.
- Maintain and report all EHS-related information, accidents, incidents, and site EHS statistics.
- Lead initiatives to create awareness among employees regarding safe working conditions and environmental protection requirements.
- Highlight and escalate EHS issues to site management and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate and conduct HSE audits in collaboration with site EHS committee members.
- Prepare, maintain, and update ISO-related documentation.
- Support site engineers in conducting Tool Box Talks, inspections, incident investigations, and
accident/incident reporting.
Candidate Requirements :
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical with Diploma in Industrial Safety (SBTET).
- Experience: 7+ years in EHS / Safety management within industrial or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and toolbox meetings.
- Familiarity with ISO documentation and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
