Position: Assistant Key Account Manager - Modern Trade channel

[PAN India role]

Product line: Consumer Products division

Key responsibilities include:

Key account management:

- Driving sales targets in the respective National Key accounts to deliver business as per plan.

- Recommend account specific interventions to maximize shelf space, product placement, and assortment to support sales growth, category objectives.

- Execute growth, customer development plans, market expansion plans by partnering with CD, CM teams.

- Ensure hygiene checks pertaining to price, promotions, placements, visibility in the channel to ensure brand repute to maximize sales.

Account Servicing and Hygiene:

- Track and monitor adherence to TOT as agreed and tag for deviations (if any)

- Drive on time receipt of NDCs, receivables, transaction success, invoice clearance, etc. in conjunction with accounts team.

- Drive grievance resolution incase of escalations to ensure smooth, compliant and effective operations leading to overall business growth.

Promotional Activities and Merchanidising:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales

- Cascade the planned national customer marketing initiatives by NKAMs and Customer marketing manager to RKAMs for implementation at regional level
