Associate Growth Marketing Manager - FinTech

Join our client's venture-backed startup as an Associate Growth Manager (Bangalore, On-site).

What You'll Do

1) Manage and scale digital acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

2) Drive experimentation and optimization to improve RoAS and reduce CAC.

3) Build dashboards, reports, and insights for weekly growth reviews.

4) Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to create better acquisition journeys.

5) Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and learnings.

Requirements

- 1 - 3 years in growth/performance marketing or digital acquisition.

- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, UAC.

- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus).

- Deep understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, RoAS, retention).

- Hustle mindset with a bias for execution and results.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
