Associate - Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end asset onboarding process for production houses, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth operations.

- Client & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, production houses, and internal teams. Ensure client satisfaction through efficient account management and timely financial reconciliations.

- Financial Reconciliation & Reporting: Ensure accurate reconciliation of subscribed amounts from investors and disbursements to production houses. Oversee the calculation of repayments to investors and producers, based on Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

- Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline and automate financial processes. Utilize tech dashboards to maintain and update investor portfolios efficiently.

- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure that funding amounts, escrow balances, and credit limits adhere to company policies. Liaise with escrow and payment service providers to manage risks effectively.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the asset and sales teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and resolve any operational issues. Handle escalated support tickets related to finance operations

- Vendor & Investor Payments: Oversee and ensure timely disbursement of funds to vendors and investors, following thorough reconciliation with repayment schedules.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Loan Account Management, or Asset-Finance Operations roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

- Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of payment systems, complex reconciliations, and financial regulations. Experience in financial services is essential, with prior experience in a startup environment being a plus.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical.

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with financial tech dashboards and tools for process automation and portfolio management.
