Position: Associate - Disputes

PQE: 3-4 years

A leading law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Associate to join its Disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic legal professional with a strong background in dispute resolution to work on high-stakes and complex litigation and arbitration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling commercial and corporate disputes, including arbitration and litigation before High Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals.

- Drafting pleadings, including petitions, written statements, and other legal documents.

- Assisting in strategizing and preparing arguments for complex legal issues.

- Coordinating with senior counsels and briefing them for key matters.

- Conducting detailed legal research and providing well-reasoned opinions.

- Managing client relationships and ensuring effective communication.

Requirements:

- PQE: 3-4 years in dispute resolution.

- Must have pure law firm experience - prior experience at a reputed law firm handling litigation and arbitration is essential.

- Strong academic background from a reputed law school.

- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.

- Should have remarkable publications in reputable legal journals or platforms.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
