Associate Director - Supply Chain Management - eCommerce/FMCG

Job Description:

This person will be responsible for running and improving the end-to-end supply chain operations for grocery distribution in Hyderabad.

That means:

- Own the P&L for the zone and ensure smooth service, efficiency, and people management.

- Lead a large team (20 full-time + ~800 contract staff) handling 350400 tonnes/day of groceries across fulfillment centers, middle-mile, last-mile, and returns.

- Design and implement new strategies to improve delivery models, processes, incentives, and network efficiency.

- Collaborate with multiple teams (demand, sourcing, product, analytics, tech) to hit business goals.

- Ensure customer experience remains top-notch while driving cost and productivity improvements.

What theyre looking for in a candidate:

- Someone entrepreneurial, driven, and passionate about building a world-class grocery supply chain in India.

- Strong leader who has managed large, diverse teams across geographies.

- Experience in last-mile delivery and fulfillment center operations is a plus.

- 6-10 years of experience in supply chain operations (preferably in e-commerce, food, or grocery).

- Graduate/Postgraduate in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 only.
