About the Role:
We are urgently hiring for a Associate Director to lead and drive luxury residential sales transactions for a leading IPC firm in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in premium & luxury residential property sales, preferably from IPCs (International Property Consultants) or well-known luxury real estate brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales transactions for luxury residential properties in Delhi NCR.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and institutional clients.
- Provide strategic market insights and advisory to clients on investments in the luxury residential segment.
- Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives within the residential services vertical.
- Lead negotiations and closure of high-value property deals with professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive client acquisition.
- Represent the firm at industry events, property launches, and networking forums.
Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales & transactions.
- Proven track record of managing large-ticket residential deals.
- Strong knowledge of Delhi / Gurgaon residential real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must have worked with IPCs, reputed developers, or luxury real estate firms.
- Ability to manage and mentor a sales team while handling key accounts.
- Client-centric, dynamic, and target-driven professional with high integrity.
