Associate Director - Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the Global Compliance product line, aligning with the company's goals and market demands.

- Define a Clear vision for the compliance products and their role in supporting our customers' regulatory needs.

- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate compliance requirements into user-friendly and effective software solutions.

- Establish strong relationships with key customers to understand their compliance challenges and needs.

- Incorporate customer feedback into product design and development, ensuring solutions resonate with the market.

- Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements.

- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, sales teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

- MBA from tier 1 colleges.

- Must have a minimum of 10+ years of overall experience in product management, preferably managing consumer products.

- Worked on AI products/tech and added advantage.

- Interest in personal finance space an added advantage.
